SpaGrowth is a website design and marketing service for spas, operated by Blockviral LLC. When we say "SpaGrowth," "we," or "us" in these terms, we mean Blockviral LLC.

By using our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Services we provide

SpaGrowth offers website design and digital marketing packages tailored for spa businesses. Our current plans are:

  • Starter Custom website + local online presence foundation. One-time setup fee plus a monthly management fee.
  • Growth Everything in Starter plus enhanced online visibility and priority support. One-time setup fee plus a monthly management fee.
  • Pro Full-service package including all add-ons bundled. One-time setup fee plus a monthly management fee.

Exact pricing is shown on our pricing page and in your checkout summary. Optional add-ons (email hosting, review automation, call tracking, AI chatbot) may be added to Starter and Growth plans at the rates listed at checkout.


๐Ÿ’ณ Payment terms

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise the one-time setup fee and the recurring monthly subscription.

Setup fee: Charged once at checkout. Non-refundable once work has begun (see Refunds section below).

Monthly subscription: Billed on the same date each month. Continues until cancelled.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. We reserve the right to pause or suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if applicable, will be added at checkout based on your location.


๐Ÿ”„ Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing hello@spagrowth.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period โ€” you will not be charged again after that date.

Setup fees are non-refundable once we have started work on your project (typically within 48 hours of purchase). If you cancel before work begins, we will issue a full refund.

Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us first โ€” we will do our best to make it right.


โœ… Our responsibilities

We will:

ยท Design and build your website according to the plan agreed at onboarding
ยท Perform ongoing website maintenance and updates as included in your plan
ยท Respond to support requests within 1 business day
ยท Keep your website live and functioning as long as your subscription is active
ยท Notify you of any material changes to your service

We do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings or booking volumes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and Google's algorithm.


๐Ÿ“‹ Your responsibilities

To get the most from SpaGrowth โ€” and to let us do our job โ€” you agree to:

ยท Complete the onboarding form promptly after purchase so we can start your project
ยท Provide accurate information about your spa (name, services, contact details, photos)
ยท Respond to our requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable timeframe
ยท Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
ยท Keep your payment details up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if these obligations are not met.


๐ŸŽจ Intellectual property

Once your setup fee is paid and your subscription is active, the website content we create for you (copy, design, images) is yours to use for your business.

However, ownership of the finished website assets transfers to you only after all outstanding fees are paid in full. While your subscription is active, we retain a licence to host and maintain the site on your behalf.

SpaGrowth's own branding, templates, tools, and underlying code remain the property of Blockviral LLC and may not be reproduced or redistributed.


๐Ÿ”’ Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blockviral LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages โ€” including lost revenue, lost bookings, or loss of data โ€” even if we were advised such damages were possible.

We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services (hosting, payment processors, DNS providers) that are outside our control.


โš–๏ธ Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where Blockviral LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.


๐Ÿ“ฑ Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Blockviral LLC (“Blockviral LLC”, “we”, “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy https://www.spagrowth.co/privacy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and follow-up communications. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include project updates, onboarding information, and other service-related information. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 5 messages in 1 day. You agree that we may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
  2. User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at hello@spagrowth.co. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.
  3. User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code we use to operate the Program and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.
  4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
  5. Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll also notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
