SpaGrowth is a website and marketing service for spas, operated by Blockviral LLC. When we say "SpaGrowth," "we," or "us" in this policy, we mean Blockviral LLC.

📋 What data we collect

We collect information you provide directly and some basic usage data automatically:

Information you give us — when you fill out our contact form or complete a checkout, we collect your name, email address, phone number, spa name, and any other details you choose to share.

Usage data — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, scroll depth, button clicks). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

⚙️ How we use it

We use your information to:

· Respond to your inquiry or strategy call request
· Process your payment and deliver the service you purchased
· Send service-related emails (payment confirmation, onboarding, project updates)
· Improve our website and understand which pages and features are most useful

We do not sell your data. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails to paying clients.

💬 SMS outreach

We may reach out to spa business owners via SMS if their business phone number is publicly listed (for example, on Google Maps or their website). These messages are sent to introduce SpaGrowth's services.

🗓️ Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver the service you signed up for, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. If you'd like your data removed, contact us at hello@spagrowth.co and we'll handle it promptly.

🤝 3rd party/Affiliate sharing

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information we will not share personal information with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

📱 Email & Text Message Communications

If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations.

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.
